About Slate Welcome Signs:

These barn roof shingles were salvaged from a barn that collapsed. The barn was built in 1868 and was located in Montgomery, NY. Each shingle has a unique shape and texture. The tiles are gessoed, painted with high-quality oils, and sealed with 2 layers of varnish. Each piece is a unique work of art that is like no other in the world. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed painting them.
