Return Policy
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of each piece of art sold on this webpage. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within fourteen (14) days of the delivery for an exchange or credit only. The item must be returned in its original packaging and must be in unused, perfect condition. Please click here to send us a message prior to making your return, so that we may anticipate the returned item.
For Pet Portraits or any other custom art pieces, we do not accept returns as all custom sales are final.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns, and we suggest you purchase shipping insurance to protect you from any liability from damage sustained during shipping.
Shipping Policy
We want to get our artwork in the hands of our customers as quickly as possible so that you may enjoy your new artwork. As such, most artwork orders are processed and delivered to the client within 3-5 business days.
We include shipping insurance for each piece of art we mail out, in order to protect the integrity of the purchase and ensure that our customers have a delightful, worry-free experience with their order.
SOur Pet Portraits are all custom painted-to-order. As such, these orders may take up to four (4) weeks for processing once the original photograph has been received and payment has been rendered. We will keep our customers apprised of any shipping updates as they become available.
Some of our Slate Welcome Signs may be painted-to-order. As such, these orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing for shipment. We will keep our customers apprised of any shipping updates as they become available.
